Dr. Sirkhotte’s journey within the department led her to become the senior registrar and the acting consultant for the Gynae rotation. Reflecting on this experience, she shared,

“This gave me the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary meetings, make treatment decisions, and develop palliative plans and treatment volumes. This invaluable experience has shaped my future career aspirations.” When asked about her ambitions, she stated, “My long-term goal is to contribute to the advancement of oncological treatment, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for our patients.”
